Exchange - return

Exchanging an item :

If you wish to exchange a purchase for, for example, a different color or size, you can return the item unused/unworn to the address below. The product must be returned in the original packaging.

In the package you add a note with the size or colour you wish to receive. After receiving your package, we will send the requested item to you. The return postage costs will be at your own expense.The costs of  resending will be borne by us.

Returning an item:

If you wish to return a purchase and do not wish to receive a replacement item, you can return the purchase to us. Of course, the item must be returned unused/unworn and in its original packaging.

In the package you add a note with the internet order number of the purchase. After receiving your package, we will return the prepaid amount within 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation when the amount has been transferred.
