Who manages the BUas Webshop?
The BUas Webshop is managed by Unigear. Unigear is a specialist in managing sustainable merchandise for educational institutions in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Can I buy merchandise at the BUas Service Desk?
This is not possible. All merchandise must be ordered in this webshop.
How do I order products via the webshop?
After making your choice, you can add the product to the shopping cart. If you want to order multiple products, click Continue shopping until all desired products have been added. Then follow the options for completing and paying the order. Then click on the Proceed to Checkout button.
- Payment in advance for personal use: In the next field you choose the desired payment option iDeal or Paypal and then fill in the requested address details. After filling in all fields, click on Place order and you will automatically be directed to the chosen payment environment. After completing the payment you will receive an order confirmation of the placed order.
- Payment with "kostenplaats" - BUas employees : Select “kostenplaats” as payment method and enter the "kostenplaats". After this you will receive an order confirmation of the placed order, the invoice will be sent to the financial administration of BUas directly.
How do I redeem my received voucher or discount code?
Follow the above process, but before you go to Place order, first add the voucher code/discount code you received. You need to filll this in at the Discount code field and then press Use discount code. Note ! After confirming the discount code you cannot go back to the previous page. If you do this, the discount code/voucher code will be seen as previously used and can no longer be used. If you have redeemed the discount code/voucher code, you will see this reflected in the final amount of the shopping cart. Then click on Proceed to checkout and complete the order according to the above instruction.
What is the delivery time?
After placing the order, it is automatically processed in our warehouse system and the order will be delivered within 2 working days (within the Netherlands). You will receive an email from the warehouse containing the shipping confirmation and then an email with the track & trace code(s) of the order. Orders with delivery address BUas are delivered bundled once a week.
Can I pick up the order somewhere?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to have an order delivered to a PO box number or to a pick-up point. The order will always be delivered to physical address.
Can I order products with extra imprint?
Of course it is possible to personalize existing products with a name or logo/text. Certain conditions apply to the use of the BUas logo. View our customization page for more information.
Can I also order products that are not in the webshop or in large numbers?
Yes that is possible. Click on the Other product link in the menu bar for more information.
Can I return incorrectly ordered items?
Yes that is possible. Click on the exchange/return link in the footer of this webshop.

How long does it take before I can expect a response from Unigear?
Unigear aims for a response time to an email of 1 working day. A request for a quote will be confirmed within 1 working day. The quotation itself will be sent within 2 working days.
